BOA SAFETY SOLUTIONS is an importer of quality PPE products from various factories based in India & China.  BOA strives to offer quality mid range to premium spec PPE products.

What products does BOA supply?
BOA stocks a wide range of quality PPE products which include leather & synthetic gloves, earplugs, spectacles, Reflective waistcoats & bibs, rainwear etc.  New & innovative products are being sourced and introduced every month.

BOA SAFETY SOLUTIONS is a wholesaler and supplies larger distributors and resellers around South Africa as well as export markets.

Where is BOA based?
BOA SAFETY SOLUTIONS is based in New Germany, Durban.  We service all areas in South Africa and can offer assistance with exports.
 
 
How does BOA dispatch work?
Distributors can collect direct from BOA’s warehouse in New Germany or nominate a courier to collect on their behalf.  This courier charge is for your expense.
BOA can arrange dispatch to the larger centres of CT/JHB/BLOEM etc, at an additional cost.  This charge will be calculated upon placing your order, once quantities are confirmed.
 
 
How do customers place orders with BOA?
All orders should be emailed to info@boasafety.co.za
COD Customers - If you are a CASH customer, BOA will forward you a pro-forma for an EFT payment.  Once the payment has been cleared, goods may be collected/dispatched.
ACCOUNT Customers - Goods will be invoiced within 24 hours, pending stock availability, and be available for collection/dispatch at this time.

Does BOA accept returns?
With regards to ‘good’ stock being returned – BOA will not accept returns on ‘good’ stock unless there are motivating circumstances and this is agreed to at BOA’s discretion.
A 15% handling fee will be charged and any transport costs will be for the customer’s expense.  
Loose items (ie less than a full carton) will not be accepted for credit.
